Hi -- my Scanner indicates this is a component Id $00. Can anyone tell me what this component is and what has failed? value is 27442 and max is 3000

Jan 14, 2017 --- More info --- the on board monitoring page describes the component id $00 as "TID-Manufacturer defined". so can anyone tell what this is referring to?
