2004 mountaineer keyless touchpad code

I have just purchased a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer and the dealer did not have the code for the keyless entry touchpad located on the outside of the driver side door. Is there any way that I can retrieve it with out taking ti to a dealer and paying a hundred dollars

Look in the owners manual there is a sticker that should say the door code on it.
