2004 Mountaineer Dim Headlights

WE have a 2004 mountaineer that we have to drive at night using hi-beams.
dealer can't find the problem, EVEN ON HI-BEAMS NO UNCOMING CARS BLINK LIGHTS. HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP JW

Dealer can't find the problem? Let me guess, it's under warranty? Well - take it to a local shop that you trust and give them your warranty information and you'll be good to go. They should be able to find the problem for you. Sounds like a weird electrical problem to me.
