2004 Mountaineer Rear Cigarette Lighter

The rear cigarette lighter on my 04 mountaineer isn't getting any power, while the front one is. I assumed the fuse blew, but didn't see which fuse it is in the owners manual. It has the front cigarette lighter listed, but figured they must have different fuses since the front is working. I took out all of the fuses and didn't see one which was blown. Did I miss one? Could it be something besides the fuse?

You have a fuse link in the power distribution box behind the battery. Owner's manual labels it as power point #2 (which means rear cigarette lighter). This should be the problem.
