2004 mountaineer shuts off on hiway

My 2004 4.0 liter mountaineer has shut off at highway speed all lights go out and motor dies, i pull to the side of the road and it starts right back up and runs fine. it did it twice both times going up a hill. any help on this would be great

Ok thanks i will i was thinking a match and a can of gas might work too

That would certainly solve the problem!! : Might end up with some new problems though.
