2004 mountaineer fuel problems?

I am trying to find where to check the fuel pressure on this thing, its a 2004 4.0 liter. Drove fine 1 day next day wont start, getting fire to plugs and getting juice to fuel pump as I here it hum when key turneg on.

Welcome to the forum! When was the last time you changed the fuel filter? Filter could be clogged.

I havent, but it was running great and pulled in garage turned it off and next day nothing.Notice a hum in the dash now when I turn the key off, sounds like behind the radio but I dont know if this has anything to do with it.I do smell fuel when trying to start it though
