my wife's '04 came with it brand new, no manual. Called the Dealer, no such item available. Its a 3rd party system.
The system is kinda screwy, its takes a little getting used to the "logic" (lack there of). Example, in order to get the wireless headphones & keep the stereo playing through the speakers for the adults, you have to get the movie playing FIRST, then press the little headphone icon on the DVD overhead unit ONCE. & don't hold it too long other wise it starts shutting off other features.
Good news is that headphones are easily found in several places including ebay.
