Hi, the other day SOmething popped behind my back and the lumbar support dropped back, Now when I turn the knob nothing happens. The cloth part of the seat has some sort of slide that holds the back to the front portion of the seat. How does this come apart? I'm trying to figure out if the cable broke or the support broke.
