Lumbar adjustment not working on drivers seat

I have a 2004 XLT with cloth seats and the lumbar knob doesn't do anything anymore. It has a cable that runs from the knob up into the seat back. It appears something up in the seat back has come undone. Anyone know how to take the seat appart to get in the seat back to see whats going on???

The cover simply un-velcros at the bottom and rolls up. I am willing to bet the adjuster needs to be replaced. I have an adjuster in my back seat that needs to go as I type this. It rivits to the seat back rail.
