2005 explorer heater defroster ticking

I have been having this ticking issue for a few years, and up until now, been able to get i tto stop by playing with the knobs, until it quit. Now regardless the setting on the fan speed, or the heater A/C controls, it just keeps ticking. Additionally, now it just blows cold air. could the cold air issue be as simple as a blown fuse?

Any suggestions on this ticking and how to make it stop?

I think you posted at the wrong side of the forum. You are looking for the 2002 through 2005 Explorer.

It's an actuator. It's a common problem with the Explorers.
