The truck is an '05 with the 4.6. It idles fine, but doesn't idle up as it should when you hit the pedal. It makes a squealing sound as you hit the accelerator pedal as well. It isn't throwing any codes, and my last trip home it would hardly pull itself up the street. I read that these trucks had issues with the electric throttle bodies, and just today I replaced the throttle body motor with a new one, absolutely no difference. Not throwing codes really has me baffled. Could a cat be plugged?
