I did all four this morning, pretty easy job. 2005 Eddie Bauer.
Put all four corners on jackstands, and removed wheels. Broke the outboard bead only, using my Harbor Freight bead breaker. Knelt on tire to make room for my fingers, and swapped them out. Rotated the tires while I had it up. Put wheels back on and did the ignition switch procedure.
No special tools required. No magnet, no scanner, no relearn tool. Just aired down to relearn.
Easy job, about $170USD total including the bead breaker.
