2006 Ford Explorer check engine light.

I have a 2006 Ford Explorer 6 cylinder that is having problems with an emissions light that continues to come on. I have replaced the fuel cap and this did not seem to help. I also have noticed difficulty filling the tank with gas as there seems to be a venting problem. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

I have a 2006 ford explorer as well shooting out code Po145. We have replaced Fuel Pump because it went out. We had hard time putting gas in too. There was a hose kinked. Now we can put gas in but this darn code keeps coming on. Can anyone help please?
