2007 Explorer locks & rear glass going crazy!

HI All. My fiancé's truck is going crazy, all locks and rear hatch open randomly. the locks go crazy all the time and the hatch glass opens as soon as the truck is started. Can someone please tell me where the power lock relay is on this vehicle? I am able to find the fuse, but not the relay.

Please help! This is making me crazy!

Wow that sounds like a major annoyance. I am pretty sure there is no door lock relay on thease vehicles. Door locks and other things are controlled by the smart junction box (sjb or if you are using a scantool the gem module). You will need a wiring diagram to confirm that there is no relay.

Sounds like moisture and corrosion inside SJB module.
Module needs to be inspected for external signs of damage like corroded or bent pins.

Located near parking brake lever.
