2008. OBD-II Scan Tool & Andoid App Recommendations

I want to use the Scan tool with an App like Torque. I would like to use the most features I can with the app and a problem free OBDLink interface. I'm looking at the ScanTool 427201 OBDLink LX Bluetooth OBD-II Scan Tool or ScanTool 426101 OBDLink MX Bluetooth/OBD-II Scan Tool InterfaceInterface. I know its expensive. I just want to make sure I buy an interface that gives the most information that my 2008 Explorer can make available. I don't want a general kind of experience... but again the most information I can get to use with an Android app. Thanks. Some Android app suggestions will be appreciated too.

Sometimes expensive doesn't mean best. I use this the one linked below. I have an android device (Nexus 5) and it works perfectly. Torque is an awesome versatile app and as such I paid for the premium version as well. You should also use a right angle extension so it doesn't stick out the bottom of the dash.
