After a couple days back and forth with the dealer, we've discovered that the factory software can only correct for tire RPM's down to 684.

I'm running Michelin AT's at 235/80R17 (634 RPM by the tire size calculators, 654 RPM per the factory site) and the closest they could get me is still 8% over (GPS & odometer/mile marker verified).

Ideas? I'd rather not use something like the old superlift tru-speed that requires splicing wires.

I don't NEED a programmer, but if the price difference between a speedo correction device and a programmer is only a couple hundred bucks, I'd consider one.

I used a hypertech speedometer calibrator. Worked perfectly on 275/55-20 Michelins on my Adrenalin

Since there was only a $70 difference between the speedometer calibrator and the tuner, I just ordered the tuner - supposed to be here next Tuesday.

I'll let you know if Hypertech succeeds where Superchips and the factory have already failed.

Thanks.
