2009 Ford Explorer - No power at all. What could cause this?

2009 Ford Explorer has no power. The battery is fairly new. There have been times when it won’t start on rainy or damp days but now there is absolutely nothing when I turn the key. Any suggestions on what to check?

1.Bad grounds or burnt fusible link (Positive charge cable)
2. No charge (bad alternator relay or other alternator inner issues like bad rotor or stator wiring).
3. Bad alternator harness.

Use workshop manual pinpoint check.

For proper diagnostic process,battery charge should be more than 9v
