2013 explorer base AC issue

I have a 2013 explorer base having ac issues. For one when the AC is engaged the driver's side blows room temperature air at best but he passenger's side blows cold like it should. Additionally, there's an audible hiss that can be heard inside while driving when the AC is engaged.

I've recharged the system, that didn't help. I'm fairly certain the compressor is engaging so I'm led to believe from research, it could be a blend door actuator issue. I'm not sure how many or where they are.
