2013 explorer jerking after driving then stops and starts back once I stop at the light or a stop sign. Roller restrictor mount?

I took it to a shop thinking spark plugs got them changed problem still persists. Went to ford in October last year they said roller restrictor mount (that's what I heard) but the part is on back order. I'm calling to see if someone else can replace and they never heard of that part. Please help this is my only vehicle
