2013 Explorer PIU steering wheel control wiring. HELP!

Hey guys, I have been chasing the steering wheel controls issue for a few weeks. None of them work. Figured I'd make a new thread for this specific issue. I dug into the vehicle tonight and found a lot of harnesses under the center dash that were disconnected and had adapters plugged into them. One of the harnesses still has a police plug and wiring attached to them. Took pictures of all the plugs hoping one of you guys may have seen this before or recognize one of the plugs as the steering wheel inputs. Keep on mind, these are all directly under the center of the dash, behind the plate that holds the two cigarette light plugs on the PIU. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can use a 3rd party hosting site to link to or buy an Elite Explorer membership ($20/yr) which will let you post directly from your device. That is the only way I'm familiar with. BTW, you created 3 identical threads. I'll delete the other 2.
