this is in the explorer polls section, this should be in the 5th gen forum.... that being said, does it stop working when the ambient temp is hot, or when you set the temp over 80? if its the first, suspect ,aybe a bad connection in the control board for rear ac??? not too sure... i know for an issue where speedometer doesnt work when hot, reflowing the terminals w solder worked... thanks donalds for the tip!!!
