Good Day Everyone - i am hoping that someone can help me tackle the below issues i am seeing.

Due to mileage/worn parts/loss of efficiency had a tune up where the injectors were cleaned, new OEM spark plugs and OEM ignition coils installed, OEM timing belt, Non-OEM motor mounts, rear and front control arms, ball joints, sway bars.

After the tune up, i am not saying the tune up cause this - just stating that i noticed it after the tune up a whole bunch of error codes popped. Was using cheap standard FIX-IT but now downloaded forscan and got the below. Someone had mentioned that this could be due to a bad battery - had it tested at Autozone was told it was bad and bought a new battery and installed it.

Any help you can provide to tackle even just 1 of these codes is extremely appreciated and i am grateful for.

Welcome to the Forum. :wave:
How many miles are on the vehicle? When they replaced the timing chain did they also replace the internal water pump?
When the battery was installed was the BCM (Battery Control Module) reset to clear any existing codes?
Also, here is what the Owner's Manual says;
When a battery replacement is required, the battery should be replaced with a Ford recommended replacement battery that matches the electrical requirements of the vehicle. After battery replacement, or in some cases after charging the battery with an external charger, the BMS requires eight hours of vehicle sleep time (key off with doors closed) to relearn the new battery state of charge. Prior to relearning state of charge, the BMS may disable electrical features (to protect the battery)earlier than normal.
Not saying that is the issue but it could help.

Peter - thanks for replying
245K miles - EDIT - actually all the work done was because the water pump needed to be replaced with another OEM water pump...since it required access to the engine Ford recommended replacing quite a few other parts since we were going to go there anyways. I followed the instructions to follow with battery replacement....all of those codes were already there prior to the battery replacement.

Some of those codes appear in a few posts in this forum.
U3003 - battery voltage below threshold
C1B00 - steering angle sensor
It is probably best to search each code on the Internet since there are too many to look up here and post.
Here is an example;

Do you actually have any concerns like warning lights or drive-ability concerns or just the codes when you scan it?

Did you clear the codes after the battery replacement and which codes returned.

Your HO2 bank 1 sensor 2 is showing zero volts illuminating the MIL. Check for defective sensor or wiring.
