Hello,
Does anyone know of a site that will help me identify the codes sets in the PCM for 2015 Explorer?
Looking to change max RPM limit and a few more features. Thank you.

You will more than likely need a professional tuner. ForScan can be used to modify some module programming like changing Sync Themes etc.
