2015 explorer limited liftgate will not open

my 2015 explorer with 60300m, the rear door unlatch but would not come up. what could be? anybody have this problem before?

If you have the power lift gate, check fuses.

A little more info would be helpful in trying to diagnose the issue.
After it unlatches can you manually open it and will it remain open? Once open, are you able to close it using the dash button, fob or the button on the 'gate'? You didn't mention which procedure you used to try and open it.
It is possible that the liftgate motor need to be replaced if you don't have a fuse issue.

I just repaired this issue on the exact same year/trim, I replaced the passenger lift gate strut and the driver side actuator. Works like new again.
