2015 explorer limited, vibration/humming in front end, not wheel a bearing.

I've got a 2015 Explorer Limited with 195k.
I'm getting a vibration/humming noise that comes in around 35ish mph and gets louder as I accelerate. The noise is constant whether I'm on the throttle or not. It doesn't change when swaying side to side. It also seems to be a little stronger on the passenger side.
I've changed the drive shaft, PTU, pass side wheel bearing, and the inner & outter tie rods.. I'm thinking about changing the passenger side axel shaft because it has that small hanger bearing on it. However, the noise seems stronger than that little bearing..
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

I'm leaning towards the passenger side cv axle shaft. I'm thinking the joints are good but the hanger bearing is bad..

Are you able to put the vehicle on a hoist to see if it may be easier to get under it while someone puts it in gear?

Already did that. Noise only presents itself under a load.

Did you check the cowl seal at the bottom of the windshield? Sounds like the same complaints my wife had about her 18. It was the windshield seal.

It actually ended up being 2 of the wheel bearings I had done a few months prior.

2 of the new wheel bearings were defective. Once they were replaced, the problem was fixed.

I have a 2016 Explorer Limited 136k and I just started to notice the same exact thing. Vibration / humming noise seems loudest front passenger side and gets louder as I accelerate. I just replaced all 4 tires and brakes and the vibration / noise is still there. I was told I needed to replace my motor mount (that is was leaking hydraulic fluid) and transmission mount. I have to wait a while to do that due to cost. The tires, brakes and alignment was $1650. I think it was around $800 for one mount and $500 for the other. I have no idea if the 2 mounts are the cause of the vibration / noise, but it needs to be done and I'm hoping I get lucky and replacing the mounts fix it. I will follow your posts to see if you figure anything out.

I'm not a mechanic, but defective motor mounts would probably cause vibrations. Good luck.
