2015 or 2016 xsport

Hi, new to forum. Been eyeing the Xsport for a couple years. Finally going to retire an old 2001 durango that still looks better than most SUVs! Love the Xsport. It's gotta be the best SUV in a long time for looks, performance etc.. for the $$.

I'm deciding between a 2015 n 2016. I think I'm going with the silver. I like the contrast w/ the black grille etc...

Any pros n cons I should be aware of between the year models? That might push me one way or the other? I'm aware of the exterior changes but not anything else.

I think it comes down to what styling you like better. Engine is the same. Cost might also be a factor. Assuming you can find a 15 sport in the config you want, you will most probably be able to get a much better price vs a 16.

I personally prefer the 16 styling but I could be biased since I just bought one

Either way, can't go wrong

oh, I guess I do have another, perhaps unique question.

Has anyone worked with a dealer to buy a ford factory auction sale Xsport? Ford factory sells low mi executive/demo vehicles to dealers on Manheim auctions. I had a manheim login awhile back and noticed there were some good savings on them that a dealer might pass along if they never really have to take inventory of it and sit on it a bit.
