My mother took her 2016 Ford Explorer to Ron Carter Ford near Pearland Tx. because the airbag light came on the dash. Tech called her back saying the “Fuel Control Module” was bad and was going to cost “$800-1000” to fix. What on earth does the airbag and/or airbag light have to do with the “fuel control module”?! Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance….
