2016 Ford Explorer Sport not working after replacing window motor

Like the title says, after replacing the window everything worked initially. I got the door assembled again and now the motor won't start and none of the controls will work.

I've tried disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes but it isn't fixing the problem. What did I do wrong??

Rookie mistake. The battery was dead
