2016 Platinum Low A/C Air Flow

Hi Everyone,
The A/C air flow on our '16 Explorer recently decreased, and I've read some forums that say the recirc door breaks off, falls down and blocks the flow from the blower.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there a fix, other than taking the whole dash out?

First thing to do is pull the cabin air filter out and see if the condition changes.

Welcome to the Forum Dave.
There have been several posts about the blend doors and actuators but I don't recall reading anything about a door falling off. It could be just that a blend door is sticking. Just a guess though. You could try the cabin filter as suggested above.
