About a mouth ago we noticed the lift gate stopped opening all the way, it stops about 6"-12" short. If you manually open it the rest of the way and hold the button to reset, I hear the chime but it still stops at the same point as before.
I am able to program it lower, but any time I try to reset fully open it stops at that same 6-12" again.
Any ideas on what this could be?
