2019 V6 Quit Running

My 2019 XLT V6 quit running all of a sudden. The temperature outside was low 90’s. I had been driving about two hours when all of a sudden it quit. No weird noises, just a total loss of acceleration.
No warning lights on the dash.
After it sat for 30 minutes it started back up and ran like nothing had happened.
Any suggestions as to what I should look at/be concerned about?

Did you get any warning messages? Check the coolant level to see if it has dropped. H ow many miles on the vehicle?

Zero warning messages. Zero lights on the dash. Coolant level is full. 64k miles.
 






That's good. I was thinking it may possibly have been the water pump causing the engine to overheat.
I don't know what else it could be since it is now running again. I don't know if it would have stored a trouble code. Something definitely caused an interruption in the system.

The 2019 XLT V6 shut down again in hot weather. This time the “ battery light” came on.
I had both the battery and alternator tested. They are both good. Actually, the battery is about four months old. The serpentine belt is also good.
After the car sits it starts up and runs.
I really need some suggestions to get this solved.
 






Since it seems to be heat-related, I wonder if there might be a breakdown in an electrical component. I realize that answer isn't much help but it's all I can come up with. Intermittent faults like this are difficult to find unless you can get at it while it happens.

I’m going to use a scan tool on the Explorer tomorrow morning. I will let you know what codes show up.
 






Zero codes showed up on the scan tool.
The car shut down again after driving it for 20 minutes. Both the battery and check engines
lights came on. The temp outside was 83.
 






As I mentioned above, to get my 'crank/no start' fixed the Dealer hooked my car to their high powered Ford diagnostic scan tool and finally did this:
Used scan tool to reset KAM and perform a misfire monitor relearn/crank position sensor relearn. The PCM's software was out of date, performed PCM update.

BTW, the Dealer charged me $425 for this, at the time I thought it was a bargain.

Yes, Ford. With a very good Service Dept, Dealerships are not all the same, check reviews of the Dealers near you. I began using this Ford Dealer because they sell/service Shelby, Roush and Tuscany supercars, I figured if they can service those amazing vehicles the Service Dept ought to be good. It is.
 






I’m having trouble locating a Ford dealership with a good reputation.
