Has anyone experienced a slight wind/grinding sound when driving over 50mph in the 2020 Ford Explorer? Sounds like it comes from the floorboard behind the passenger seat/right side of car of back seat floor board. Attached a video for noise reference. Ford said that would have to run a diagnostic that would cost $200+.

Welcome to the Forum.
Perhaps it is something that is loose. Are you able to get under there just to see? Also, the source of certain sounds can be very deceiving.
As the member above pointed out, there is no video attachment. Good luck.

I had several problems with wind noise that was coming from underneath my wife's Explorer. When I got underneath I noticed several of the nuts that hold the plastic carpet under body covers on were loose, allowing the carpet to flutter when at speeds. I snugged them all down and I haven't heard anything since. There is also a TSB for the flexible exhaust pipe that cures a rattling noise under the drivers floorboard.

Good luck to you.

Chris
