2020 piu stock radio wont hold preset channels

Getting the bugs worked out of my recently purchased 2020 PIU and one of the issues is the stock radio wont keep the preset channels.
I tried doing the factory reset and it did not help.

It will hold presets for a short while , About 5 mins.

Is there some kind of battery in the radio that keeps the presets?

I believe there is a bulletin that says the radio system needs a software update to fix the preset issue and various other issues.

Thought i would post the fix for this issue, In case someone else has this problem.
I used forscan to get into the vehicle modules. Found the module for the radio had error on it. I reset the module and it fixed the problem.
This error could have happened when we first got the vehicle.
We had battery issues with it and replaced the battery.

This is apparently a common issue. My 2020 PIU is at the dealer right now getting the radio replaced for this problem.
