Just put new pads and rotors on the wife’s 2020. While the right front caliper was off, she retrieved an item from the car and pushed on the brake pedal. This pushed a caliper piston out, of course. I thoroughly bled the system, but now I have multiple faults on the computer that won’t clear. Anyone know where I went wrong?

Do the new brakes drag at all and do they stop the way they should? What do the faults report if they won't clear?

Also I should have added did you put the brake system into maintenance mode while working on it?

Welcome to the Forum.
It might be helpful if you posted the fault codes.

Thanks for the replies, gentlemen. I had to head out of town for a day unexpectedly. Will report back as soon as I can read the codes and provide more information. One question I can answer is that I did not put it into brake service mode before changing the pads. Was unaware that was a thing!

The computer really doesn't like the brakes touched without maintenance mode being on. If you work on the rear brakes without using maintenance mode it can reactivate the parking brake and crush fingers. But if the brakes work just fine after your work being done then you just need either Forscan or a dealership visit to clear codes.
