Could be a pinhole along windshield from not enough sealant when built.
Could be the roof rack with same as above.
either one of these would a real PITA to deal with do to all the crap they would have to remove seeing how it's two months old and they rarely go back together without *******ing something else up.

Good news I hope yesterday while out breaking the law I decided to close the mirrors and noise stopped. I have a appointment later this week with the body shop and hopefully it's just a mirror weather strip or something similar.

I did a fast search before posting......after I started the post I did see one about similar problem, But the year of vehicle was not in title so I continued with my post.

Update....

Took it to The Dealer Body Shop this morning.... they worked on mirror,...where it connects to door and it appears to be fixed.....I drove it down I 65 for a test drive.... got up to 125 Mph for several miles before hitting traffic NO Noise so far.

weird we have the whistle noise but ours generates from the middle pillar and door seals not the mirror

You might try using some baker rod to fill some voids to narrow it down...my center pillar ( shiny black trim ) between front and rear doors was defective and replaced.on drivers side.

Yes and that is what could be rattling on ours, we have not narrowed it down.

That would be the "B" pillar. ;)

I am pretty sure our noise is coming from the B pillars on the passengers side but it could also be the A pillar at the passenger side windshield corner.

I have the wind noise very loud on passenger rear door glass area at 60+ MPH. Dealer has done some testing but very difficult to identify and resolve. Ordered a new door molding but it arrived in worse shape then the factory installed one. Window seats perfectly, door is flush no warping, all rubber looks as it should so this might take a while to resolve.

It turned out to be a 10 mm washer nut had worked its way off the lower section of the front passenger side door panel. I am not sure which Chicago person was attaching nuts that day but they did not do a very good job.
