I was able to order a 2022 Aviator this week. Status came back as "unscheduled/clean" immediately after placing the order. Production scheduling starts happening on April 15, and production is planned to commence on June 1. No news on 2022 Explorer dates.

Job 3 for 2021 Explorer starts in June so my guess would be Sept/Oct timeframe for 2022 (pure guess but adding 3 months to Job 3).
