2025 Explorer USB issue

In my 2019 Explorer I was able to use voice commands to select songs, artists, genre, etc. from the flash drive in my USB port. Using the same flash drive in my 2025 Explorer, I am able to play songs from the flash drive, but I cannot use voice commands to make any type of selections. Any solutions??

Have you checked the Owner's Manual to see if it mentions anything about it?

2019 used Sync. 2025 uses Ford Digital Experience. Different systems probably have different capabilities...
