When I try to use Google Assistant I get a message "Not Connected" I've tried every setting I can find and still no luck. Pandora and voice access has also stopped working. I spent over hours with ford 2 different Ford customer support agents going through all settings. They really don't seem to have a good grasp on this new system. The salesman at the dealership did a master reset of the system but that didn't work either. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so how did you fix it?
