25 Explorer lost connection to Google, Google Assistant, and Pandora 5 days after I got it

When I try to use Google Assistant I get a message "Not Connected" I've tried every setting I can find and still no luck. Pandora and voice access has also stopped working. I spent over hours with ford 2 different Ford customer support agents going through all settings. They really don't seem to have a good grasp on this new system. The salesman at the dealership did a master reset of the system but that didn't work either. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so how did you fix it?
 






I am in the same boat- unable to access YouTube or any aspect of Google- getting very aggravated. Done a master reset and also completed a reset by holding the volume button to no avail. System will not even allow me to sign into google.

I finally took mine in to the dealership service department and they were able to get me connected again. I don't know how they did it but it's fixed for now. I only hope doesn't happen again.

Sure would have been nice if they told you what the fix was.
