Hey all,
New to the group, and in looking thru some of the older posts...you guys seem to have the skinny on on all things related to the Ford Ranger/Explorer platform.
Question is this:
With my 2k3 Ranger 4x4...can I simply get some different (shorter) u-bolts and remove the 2.5" spacer from between the axel & leaf-springs for a rear drop? THEN...back-off the torsion bar adjustment screw to drop the front end about 0.5"?
My goal is to give the truck a bit of a lower stance, level out the body lines...and still be able to fit a set of 20" wheels (proper offset of course) with 274/45/20 tires.
Any help/suggestions you can offer are appreciated.
