I've been wondering if Trailmaser or Superlift would be making a lift kit for a 2wd exploder? If not, is there anything else to get some extra lift that is reasonable?

Thanx

Hola Paco, and welcome to the site. I think you will find just about everything you will ever want to know about your Explorer, and then some. I hope you enjoy it as much as the rest of us do. Now for the answer to your question.
I think that Fabtech is the only game in town for lifting a 2wd Explorer.

hmmm

What about fabtech? I went to their site and they dont have any explorer lifts. I was wondering however if the lift kit for the 1998 2wd ranger would perhaps work on my explorer?

I believe that is it, however if you look up Brian Wooton, he has a lifted 2wd. He could probably help you out on what all you need.

I called fabtech and they said they had nothing for '95 and up. You could go with the spindle system from Explorer Pro Comp or Bullseye...

Trav,
The fabtech lift is for the 91-94 explorer with the twin i beam. You have a 98 and i think about the only option you might have at this point would be to find a fab shop. In all truthfullness for as much as i spent on my fabtech lift i could of gone to donohue racing and had a real nice setup. Shop around before you make a decision on a lift. I'm learning not to be impulsive.
