I guess this is a two step process.. first you have to get 4wd capability - which means you probably need to get a transfer case from an F-150 (I think) since you have the 5.0L engine. Oh and dont forget, I think you need a different tailshaft housing on your transmission in order to accomodate for the transfer case.
After you have 4wd capability - you'll need the front axle and all of its related stuff.
Please do a search on these two topics. The conversion of a 5.0 to a 4wd system is rare but it has been covered by people swapping out the AWD case for the selectable 4wd transfer case. The solid axle swap (SAS) is discussed often and there are a few people who have done the swap.
