So I thought I was fixing an exhaust leak, long story short my new heads are coming home tomorrow and I REALLY want to drive my truck again this year. I don’t know torque specs for the rockers, heads, intake(s) nothing. Yes I was seriously under prepared.
If someone could get me this info it would be very helpful. If anyone knows of anything special that I need to make sure I get right (i.e. my first 350 rebuild when I didn’t know that I needed to bring motor to operating temp and re-torque head bolts… can you say pissed, cuz I did.) I would love the heads up. Thanks all!
I also got the o-rings for the injectors because I wanted to make sure I hit that up wile the thing was already apart, but in occurs to me that I have never done anything with injectors… should I be looking for anything while I’m in there?
