if i have an 02 sport trac with 2 wheel drive would it be better to get a suspension lift or body lift?

3 inch lift?

okay gents calm down ,
if he wants to lift it , that is up to him,
Desert racers use alot of 2wd trucks as course prerunners and they go like stink and look awesome,,
i would say the best way to get 3 inches of lift on your rig would be to get a body lift, that way you can put on bigger tires, than after that you could do the torsion twist to bring the front up just a bit more, and get something like this,

What are you going to do with the truck? Is it going to be jumped or see mostly street driving. If you are going for just looks, I'd save the money and do body lift.
