hey guys, I have a 3" body lift, and i want to do a 3" suspension now. my brother has a jeep cherokee and got a 3" lift for pretty cheap, and i was wondering if that lift would work on my 93 sport? this is what it includes:

84 - 2001 XJ Cherokee 3" Kit
-2 Coil Springs & Full Length Add-A-leaf
-Rear Brake Line Extension
-4 - Hydraulic Shocks
-Complete Instructions

any help would be appreciated. oh, if i go with another 3" lift will i have to get new brake lines? thanks.

It may work, but I wouldn't count on it. Jeep Cherokees have a solid front axle, your X has a TTB (an independent front suspension). The add-a-leaf might work if it's the right length for an X. The coils may not, since the coils on a Cherokee may be a different length to start with.

How cheap is pretty cheap? And what kind is it because I got a friend looking for one.

ive seen XJ kits run about 260 for a 3" lift including shocks (pro comp) it includes shocks blocks and coils

so if i just went 2", would i have to get radius arm drop down brackets? pitman arm? i was thinking i could just find 2" coils and add a leaf, any thoughts?
