31's and rims for $100

I just got a set of these 31x10.50/15 and Modern rims for $100 and a old cell phone of mine from a coworker, Do you think I got a good deal?

I don't want to sell them, although I will most likely be putting new BFG'S on them I just need to get some time to put my BL and SL on.
