35"x12" tires what size lift

My friend is selling me his 35x12 super swampers and I want to know what size of lift kit I have to get so that the tires dont destroy my inner fenders.

im not sure, but in the tires and wheels forum there is a chart they may be helpful to you. it the first thread

Either a six suspension with major trimming, or a combonation of a six inch suspension, and a three inch body lift, you will still have to trim the bottom rocker piece a little on the inside, basically 9 inches of lift

It's been done with 4" and fiberglass front fenders. I have 4" and it looks like I could fit 35s with trimming. I'd say 6" would be good with a little trimming, and I think trimming is better than a BL.

I'm running 37's with 6" of lift and a hammer.

I'm running 6" lift with fiberglass fenders. Works out perfect. I'll post some pics later tonight if you'd like to see.

Here is my Explorer with a 6" suspension lift and 3" body lift. I clear 35's with no problem at all. Had to do a little trimming at the bottom edge of the front fenders, but otherwise they fit with no problems.

Here it is finally. 6" Superlift, extended radius arms, superrunner steering, fiberglass fenders, RS9000 shocks, JKS quick disconnects, soa+aal 315/70R17 (35x12.50R17) BFG AT/KOs, and 17x10 AR Atlas wheels.
