3link rear ends?

anybody have one on thier first gen x?

im building a desert-ish truck and im wondering if i should just do leafs or go to a 3link....i could weld/machine up my own parts if i decide to go that route so its not really a price issue beside the coilover id have to do for the back.....


i wanna do 16" travel maybe MORE


maybe some pics if anybody has such a machine?

if you have to ask, go with the leafs. cheaper, simpler, still good travel. make a hoop in the cargo area with 16 inch shocks and deaver springs and you can pull about 15-16 inches of travel. probably have to tub the rear too.

well coilovers are going to drive a hell of lot softer....i know deavers are pretty nice but a 3link set up is unmatched....

i was just kinda curous about pics and such...
