3rd row seats have no power

can someone tell me where is the fuse for the 3rd row rear seats.
they wont go up or down and motors make no noise.
it seams that there is no power.

Two places. Fuse number 78 in the fuse box under the hood, or in the fuse box under the dash to the left of the steering column. Don't know which fuse, but most likely a 30 amp. Found that it also affects the overhead light.

Do the interior lights come ON when you open the doors? There are the 'Courtesy Lamps'.
I do not see a fuse for the 3rd row seats in the interior fuse panel. Fuse #1 does control the 'Demand Lamps' which means the ones you turn ON manually.
