4.0 motor interchange?

Ive searched and searched. this forum and general googling.
I have a 2002 explorer and its got a timing chain rattle at idle. Ive found a 4.0 V6 soch motor from a 2008 mustang with 55k miles on it. I would like to swap it into my 02.
I know I need to swap over exhaust manifolds, intake, valve covers ( ill just buy new ones ).
I'm going to assume I'll need to swap over the front accessories also. Balancer / alt/ac pump ect ect.

What else would I need to swap over ?

Take this from my experience. All 4.0 SOHC engines are the same from 97-2010. JUST THE ENGINE. Dont let everythong that bolts to the block make you think its a different engine. I have a 05 Explorer XLT. Flex fuel VIN K Needed engine called junkyards. They told me 05 only. and that Explorer engines do not interchange with Sport track. I installed a 02 Sport track engine in my 05 Explorer. They are the same engines. You reuse everthing that bolts to the engine. Use your intake your valve covers (unless they are the same) your fan your motor mounts...swap everything from old engine to new engine. Even the 97-01 SOHC engines will work....
