I'm planning on putting a KKM intake, and exhaust (Flowmaster probably). And I had a couple questions. Does anyone know what the best exhaust is for the 4.0 OHV performance wise? I would like it loud, but I would prefer HP gain. Also, what else is there to do to get some HP and tourqe outta my engine? Headers? I don't have a whole LOT of money, but I would at least like to price it to see if I could afford it in the near to semi-near future (aka, conversion too expensive!). Also, what kinds of things have people done to the same engine? I'll be pulling 33's pretty soon, and don't want the thing to not be able to get to 70 on the highway. Also, I'd love more tourqe for the trails.

Thanks!

Hey Jared,
I just recently started running 33's and have no problem on the highway, which is a daily commute. Before I put them on, I had 4.56 gears installed, which gave me about 6 more mile per gallon. I also have a KKM and a Flowmaster 50 series muffler on with a 3" diameter exhaust extension which gives a great sound. But other than regular upgrades like plug wires and what not, thats it regarding pulling power, and it does great! Hope this helps!

Caleb
